HOUSE RULES

*Guests must provide their own meals.* *Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.* *The maximum occupancy is up to 20 people.* *The minimum age of a primary renter is 30.* *Pets are not allowed.* *Children are welcome and we are a family friendly vacation home rental property.* *No smoking is allowed inside the chalet.* *Ash receptacles are provided outside for guests who smoke.* *Cancellations - A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon rental reservation with the balance due 30 days before the arrival date. By signing this agreement, you are authorizing us to bill your credit card for the initial deposit at the time of the booking and for the balance owed under the rental contract within 30 days prior to your confirmed arrival date. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date will result in forfeiture of the entire rental fee. At our discretion, should your circumstances change and you wish to cancel your reservation and we successfully rebook Stillwater Haven, we will refund your money less a $100 processing fee. No refunds or adjustments will be made as a result of factors over which we have no control, such as weather or early check-out.* *We accept major credit cards and take payment information over the phone once your booking is confirmed. We like to speak with our guests personally to discuss any details or questions before your stay.*
